Frozen mango caipirinha

Ingredients:
  • 1 ripe mango
  • 200 ml cachaça
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon light runny honey
  • 16 ice cubes (400g total)
Instructions:
  • Peel and pit the mango. Place the flesh in a blender with cachaça, lime juice, honey, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth, then pour into glasses and serve.
