Indulge in a festive tropical punch for a pre-dinner Christmas treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 x 300g pkts frozen mango cheeks
  • 250ml (1 cup) silver tequila
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) fresh lime juice
  • 160ml (2/3 cup) Cointreau liqueur
  • 100g (1/2 cup) caster sugar
  • 500.00 ml ice cubes
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine half of the mango with tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, sugar, and ice. Blend until smooth. Divide the mixture evenly among half of the serving glasses. Repeat the process with the remaining mango, tequila, lime juice, Cointreau, sugar, and ice. Serve right away.
