Indulge your loved ones with creamy frozen Boston cream pie bars made with Yoplait® yogurt - a delectable treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated skim milk
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Fat Free Boston cream pie yogurt
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Light Fat Free red velvet yogurt
  • 1 package (0.81 oz) thin chocolate crisps, crushed (from 4.86-oz box)
Instructions:
  • Prepare a 8x4-inch loaf pan by lining it with plastic wrap, ensuring that the edges hang over the sides. Divide the evaporated milk evenly into 2 small bowls. Mix the Boston cream pie yogurt into one bowl and the red velvet yogurt into the other. Cover the bowl with the red velvet yogurt mixture and refrigerate.
  • Line a pan with the Boston cream pie mixture, then sprinkle crushed crisps on top. Freeze for 2 hours. Spoon and spread the red velvet yogurt mixture over the frozen layer. Freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
  • Prepare the frozen yogurt for serving by briefly dipping the bottom half of the pan into hot water for about 1 minute to loosen the mixture. Then, use plastic wrap to easily lift the frozen yogurt from the pan. Allow it to sit for 5 to 10 minutes to soften slightly before cutting it into eight 1-inch-thick slices. Serve promptly.
