Pumpkin pie with a creamy ice cream twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Combine the pudding, pumpkin, milk, nutmeg, ginger, and cinnamon in a medium bowl. Mix gently for 1 minute. Fold in the whipped topping, then transfer the mixture into the pie shell. Freeze until firm for about 4 hours. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before slicing.
