Indulge in a wholesome yogurt sundae for a nutritious breakfast or a satisfying dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg Greek natural yoghurt
  • 120g (1/2 cup) honey
  • 240g (1 cup) Henry Jones ® & Co Fruit and Chia Spread Mango, Passionfruit & Chia seeds, warmed
  • Passionfruit pulp and/or extra Mango, Passionfruit & Chia jam (warmed) to serve
  • Fresh cherries, optional, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine the yoghurt and honey until smooth. Transfer the mixture into a sealed container and freeze for 2-3 hours, or until slightly firm at the edges.
  • Add to the food processor bowl and blend until smooth. Chill in the freezer for 1-2 hours until partially set, then blend again in the food processor until smooth.
  • Return to the container and swirl in the jam. Freeze until solid.
  • Top scoops of creamy, delicious ice cream with vibrant passionfruit pulp and a juicy cherry.
