Frozen yoghurt sundaes

Keep this delicious freezer snack on hand for those afternoon cravings!
Ingredients:
  • 800g can mango slices in syrup, drained
  • 332.50 ml low-fat vanilla yoghurt
  • 332.50 ml toasted muesli
Instructions:
  • Blend mango until it's silky smooth.
  • Layer the mango purée, yoghurt, and muesli twice in four 1 1/4 cup-capacity glasses. Finish with a dollop of puree on top. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze overnight.
  • Take the dish out of the freezer and sprinkle the remaining muesli on top. Let it sit for 2 minutes before serving.
