Whip up these quick and irresistible sweet treats topped with fresh fruit.
Ingredients:
  • 6 slices raisin bread
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 x 125g ctns Vanilla Creme Fruche
  • Kiwifruit, to serve
  • Banana, to serve
  • Strawberries, to serve
  • Blueberries to serve
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Slice off the crusts of the raisin bread using a serrated knife and flatten the bread by rolling it firmly with a rolling pin. Lightly grease six 80ml (1/3-cup) capacity muffin pans with olive oil spray. Press the bread slices into the pans and spray the tops with olive oil spray. Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes or until the bread turns light golden. Allow the bread cups to cool on a wire rack. Fill each cup with Vanilla Creme Fruche and top with sliced kiwifruit, banana, strawberries, and blueberries before serving.
