Delicious and nutritious mango, spinach, and strawberry matcha smoothie - perfect for breakfast or a quick snack!
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 4 tablespoons plain yogurt
  • 0.5 cup frozen strawberries
  • 0.25 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 tablespoon green tea powder (matcha)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, or to taste
  • 0.25 cup fresh spinach leaves
Instructions:
  • In a blender, layer milk, yogurt, strawberries, mangos, matcha, honey, and spinach. Blend until smooth, being careful not to over-blend to preserve the quality of your smoothie.
