Indulge in a decadent Italian seafood pasta loaded with shrimp, clams, mussels, scallops, and lobster. Ideal for entertaining guests.
Ingredients:
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1.5 tablespoons crushed red pepper
  • 1.5 cups Chardonnay white wine
  • 1 cup clam juice
  • 6 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 leaves fresh basil, coarsely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 (16 ounce) package linguine pasta
  • 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 0.33333334326744 pound scallops
  • 3 whole lobster tails, shelled, cleaned, and chopped
  • 24 mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 24 littleneck clams, scrubbed
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, or to taste
Instructions:
  • In a large pan over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add garlic and crushed red pepper; sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Increase heat to medium-high, pour in white wine, and simmer until reduced by half, about 8 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-low, stir in clam juice, marinara, basil, and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes to blend flavors.
  • While you're waiting, bring a big pot of lightly salted water to a boil, then cook linguine until it's al dente, about 11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Add a mouthwatering assortment of shrimp, scallops, lobster, mussels, and clams to the sauce. Cook until clams and mussels gracefully reveal themselves, scallops turn opaque, shrimp blushes pink, and lobster flaunts its brilliant red exterior and opaqueness within, typically 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Coat linguine in sauce until it thickens to lightly cling to the noodles, about 3 minutes.
  • Arrange the cooked noodles on a plate, generously top with the seafood and sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve right away with a side of Parmesan cheese.
