Creamy garden salad with simple dressing highlights fresh veggies perfectly.
Ingredients:
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 head green leaf lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 English cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced
Instructions:
  • Whisk heavy cream, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until the dressing is perfectly seasoned to complement the salad. Leave it aside for now.
  • In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cucumber, radishes, and green onions. Generously drizzle with dressing and toss to ensure everything is evenly coated. Allow the flavors to meld for 5 minutes, then toss once more before serving.
