Garlicky herbed sea salt side perfect for Italian pasta.
Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 fresh Pizza Bases
  • 1 large sprig fresh rosemary, leaves picked
  • Sea salt, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C. Mix the oil and garlic in a small bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Lay out the pizza bases on 2 baking trays, coat them with the flavorful garlic mixture, and generously sprinkle with fragrant rosemary.
  • Bake until golden and crisp, around 8 minutes. Cut the pizza into slices and generously sprinkle with sea salt.
