Garlic, sweet chilli and lime prawns

Grill prawns marinated in garlic, sweet chilli, lime, and coriander for a burst of flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 90.75 gm Brand Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 82.50 ml coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 42.00 gm lime juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1.2 kg large green prawns, peeled, deveined, tail left on
  • Coriander leaves, to serve
  • Aioli dip, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a medium shallow dish, mix together oil, sweet chilli sauce, coriander, lime zest and juice, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Add prawns and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • Preheat a greased barbecue plate over medium-high heat. Using tongs, grill the prawns from the marinade, turning occasionally, for 2-3 minutes until pink and cooked through. Place the prawns on a plate, sprinkle with coriander leaves, and serve alongside aioli and lime wedges.
