3-ingredient crunchy, gooey toastie that's unbelievably delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 8 slices garlic bread
  • 82.50 ml Chunky Basil with Cashew and Parmesan Dip
  • 250.00 ml grated four cheese blend
  • Chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180C (160C fan-forced).
  • Preheat a frying pan over medium-high heat. Place buttered bread slices on a board, spread with dip, add cheese on half of the slices, then assemble the sandwiches with buttered sides facing out. Cook in the pan for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
  • Flip toasties gently and press down with a spatula to slightly flatten. Continue cooking for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden. Transfer to a baking tray and bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until the cheese is melted. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
