Spicy garlic chili oil noodles for bold taste buds!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package ramen noodles
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon chiu chow style chili oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 pinch black sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, or to taste, cut at a diagonal
Instructions:
  • Boil water in a pot, then add ramen noodles and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until tender.
  • In a wok over medium-high heat, combine sesame oil, soy sauce, and chili oil and heat.
  • Sauté garlic until aromatic for about 30-45 seconds. Take off the heat. Drain cooked ramen noodles, add to the wok, and toss to coat. Garnish with sesame seeds and scallions. Enjoy your delicious dish!
