Upgrade your prawn pizza with savory garlic mushroom mince for an explosion of flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 2 large wholemeal pizza bases
  • 36.40 gm olive oil
  • 500g pkt Mushroom Mince
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 500g raw prawns, peeled leaving tails intact, deveined
  • 100g Perino tomatoes, sliced
  • 100g fetta, crumbled
  • 100g pizza cheese
  • Basil leaves, to serve
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Line 2 baking trays with parchment paper and arrange the pizza bases on them.
  • In a large frying pan over medium-high heat, warm the olive oil. Cook the mushroom mince and garlic, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes until pan juices have evaporated. Let it cool before using.
  • Evenly distribute the mushroom mince mixture on the pizza bases. Layer with onion, prawns, tomato, fetta, and pizza cheese. Bake for 20 minutes or until the prawns curl and change color, and the pizza bases are crisp and golden.
  • Slice the pizzas. Garnish with fresh basil and generously drizzle with extra virgin olive oil. Serve alongside crisp salad leaves.
