Garlic prawn rolls

Impress your guests with these delicious prawn mini-rolls for easy entertaining!
Ingredients:
  • 12 small par-baked French bread rolls
  • 150g unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 40.00 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1kg cooked and peeled small prawns
Instructions:
  • Turn your oven to a toasty 170°C.
  • Cut a lengthwise slit on the top of each bread roll and gently open them up.
  • In a small saucepan, gently melt butter with garlic. Take off heat and use a pastry brush to spread some garlic butter inside the rolls. Mix parsley into the remaining garlic butter and combine with the prawns.
  • Spoon the prawn mixture into each roll and arrange them on a baking tray. Bake for 10 minutes until the rolls are crispy and prawns are cooked. Serve immediately while hot.
