Delicious prawn marinade perfect for appetizers or main course. Can also be used to sauté prawns or as a flavorful pasta sauce. Great with French bread too!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 orange, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, or to taste
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 30 tiger prawns, peeled and deveined
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, mustard, garlic, lemon juice, orange juice, basil, and white wine in a glass dish. Add prawns and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the outdoor grill to high heat.
  • Skewer prawns and grill until they turn pink, turning once, for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • If you want, set aside some marinade. Heat it in a saucepan until it boils. Then simmer on low for 5 minutes. Serve with prawns.
