Garlic scallop dumplings

Delicious and effortless parcels bursting with flavor!
Ingredients:
  • 450g scallop
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 40.00 ml finely chopped fresh chives
  • 21.00 gm soy sauce
  • 48.80 gm oyster sauce
  • 40 (270g packet) wonton wrappers
Instructions:
  • Combine scallops, garlic, chives, soy sauce, and oyster sauce in a bowl, and mix well.
  • Lay the wrappers flat on a surface. Put 1 scallop in the middle of each wrapper. Moisten the edges with cold water. Fold the sides up to create a square pouch. Seal the edges by pinching them together. Arrange on a baking paper-lined tray.
  • Set up a steamer with baking paper over gently simmering water. Steam the dumplings in batches for 15 minutes or until they are tender and fully cooked. Serve hot.
