German-inspired cinnamon-spiced cashews baked in a honey butter glaze, ideal for festive gatherings or thoughtful gifts.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 cups cashews
  • 2.5 tablespoons white sugar
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • In a small saucepan, mix together honey, butter, and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted, about 2 minutes.
  • Put cashews in a large bowl and drizzle with honey mixture. Stir until evenly coated. Spread the honey-coated cashews on the baking sheet.
  • Bake the cashews in the preheated oven until they are glazed and lightly browned, for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow the cashews to cool for roughly 20 minutes before transferring them to a bowl.
  • Combine sugar and a hint of cinnamon in a bowl, then generously sprinkle over cashews. Mix well until evenly coated.
