Iconic gin martini with olive garnish - simple, sophisticated, and delicious.
Ingredients:
  • 1 part vermouth
  • 5 parts Bombay Sapphire gin
  • 1 whole lemon
  • 1 jar of green olives
  • ice for mixing
Instructions:
  • 1. Fill your cocktail glass with ice to chill it. 2. Add vermouth and plenty of ice to a shaker/stirring glass. Stir to coat the ice with vermouth, then strain out the excess. 3. Stir Bombay Sapphire in the shaker/stirring glass for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute. 4. Strain the mixture into the chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel or green olives (avoid oily ones).
