Strawberry Gin Love Potion

Ingredients:

Caster sugar, to dip
250g punnet strawberries, hulled, chopped
1 mint sprig
250.00 ml ice cubes
40ml vermouth
150ml gin
2 slices orange zest, pared, twisted

Instructions:

Spread a layer of sugar on a small plate. Gently wet the rims of 2 martini glasses with water, followed by dipping them in the sugar. Chill the glasses in the freezer.
Muddle strawberries and mint in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, vermouth, and gin. Shake vigorously, then strain into chilled glasses. Garnish with a twist of orange zest before serving.
