Whip up quick and delightful strawberry gin cocktails for a fabulous dinner party kickoff. For a fresh fruity mocktail, simply skip the gin.

Ingredients:

8 strawberries, hulled, chopped
1 tsp rosewater essence
8.00 gm brown sugar
60ml gin
187.50 ml chilled soda water
Ice cubes, to serve
Strawberries, halved, extra, to serve

Instructions:

In a jug, combine strawberries, rosewater essence, and sugar. Lightly crush the strawberries using the end of a rolling pin. Stir in gin and soda water.
Distribute ice cubes evenly between 2 serving glasses, then top with strawberry mixture and additional halved strawberries. Serve and enjoy!
