Indulge in a refreshing summer treat: "frosé" – a blend of frozen rosé, gin, and fresh strawberries for a sweet, icy slush.
Ingredients:
  • 750ml bottle Squealing Pig sparkling rosé
  • 250g frozen strawberries, partially thawed
  • 125.00 ml frozen raspberries
  • 165.00 ml Tanqueray gin
  • 40.00 ml sugar syrup
  • 4 small strawberries
Instructions:
  • Transfer the sparkling rosé into a metal container and place it in the freezer for 4 hours, or until it is almost set (note that the rosé will not freeze completely).
  • Take the chilled rosé out of the freezer. Use a spoon to break it into large pieces, then combine it in a blender with strawberries, raspberries, gin, and the rest of the sugar syrup. Blend until smooth.
  • Spoon mixture into 4 serving glasses, top with fresh strawberries, and serve right away.
