Strawberry mint gin recipe

Refreshing strawberry mint cocktail with zesty lemon and a touch of honey.
Ingredients:
  • 6 fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, plus extra, sliced, to serve
  • 8 large fresh mint leaves, plus extra sprigs, to serve
  • 21.00 gm fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tsp agave nectar
  • 60ml (1/4 cup) Tanqueray gin
  • 125.00 ml crushed ice
Instructions:
  • Pulse the ice in the blender until it reaches a finely crushed consistency.
  • Gently crush together strawberries, mint, lemon juice, and nectar or honey in a glass until a smooth paste is formed.
  • Combine the Tanqueray gin and gently stir.
  • Combine 1/2 cup of crushed ice into the mixture. Add extra ice to the glass until it overflows the rim. Serve and enjoy.
