Creamy macaroni pasta salad with crunchy pickles, peppers, and carrots - a refreshing summer sensation!
Ingredients:
  • 10 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup cubed Cheddar cheese
  • 10 slices bread-and-butter pickles, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 1 rib celery, diced
  • 0.5 green bell pepper, diced
  • 2 tablespoons diced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon diced banana peppers
  • 1 tablespoon salad seasoning mix (such as McCormick® Salad Supreme Seasoning)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon white sugar
Instructions:
  • 1. Boil a pot of lightly salted water. Add elbow macaroni and cook until al dente, stirring occasionally, for around 8 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, Cheddar cheese, pickles, carrot, celery, bell pepper, onion, banana peppers, salad seasoning, mustard, salt, and sugar until well combined.
  • After draining the pasta, allow it to cool for 10 minutes. Mix the pasta with the dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
