Gin-a colada slushy recipe

Elevate your party with a modern gin cocktail twist.
Ingredients:
  • 450g can crushed pineapple
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) coconut cream
  • 125ml (1/2 cup) gin
  • 42.00 gm fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime, zest finely grated
  • 250.00 ml ice cubes
  • Dried pineapple flowers, to decorate (see note)
Instructions:
  • Transfer the delicious pineapple into ice cube trays and freeze overnight or until solid.
  • Chill two 185ml (3/4 cup) cocktail glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  • Next, combine the frozen pineapple, coconut cream, gin, lime juice, lime zest, and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until a smooth, slushy consistency is achieved.
  • Spoon pineapple mixture into chilled glasses and garnish with dried pineapple flowers before serving promptly.
