Quick and delicious pork and mushroom stir-fry ready in 35 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger root
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 onion, sliced
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
  • 1 (10 ounce) package sliced white mushrooms
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice wine
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon cornstarch
Instructions:
  • In a smoking hot wok or large skillet, sauté onion for 1 minute, then add ginger and garlic, cooking for an additional 30 seconds. Add pork and brown for 2 minutes, then mix in mushrooms and carrot, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Combine soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl. Add this flavorful mixture to the stir-fry, bringing it to a boil. Simmer for 30 seconds until the sauce thickens and becomes clear. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving dish.
