Ingredients:
  • 0.125 cup red wine vinegar
  • 0.25 cup mirin (Japanese sweet wine)
  • 0.125 cup packed brown sugar
  • 3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
  • 0.125 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup thinly sliced onion
Instructions:
