Elevate your night with a vibrant Asian salad bursting with flavor and crunch.
Ingredients:
  • 250g dried mung bean vermicelli noodles
  • 200g Thai marinated tofu, sliced
  • 2 carrots, peeled, shredded
  • 200g snow peas, trimmed, shredded
  • 86.63 gm soy sauce
  • 20.00 ml sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
  • Soak noodles in a large bowl of cold water for 15 minutes. Drain using a fine sieve, then transfer to a large bowl. Mix in tofu, carrots, and snow peas.
  • In a bowl, vigorously whisk together soy sauce, oil, sugar, and garlic powder until fully blended. Drizzle mixture over noodle salad, chill for 1 hour, gently toss, and serve.
