Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 0.125 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1.25 cups evaporated milk
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger until smooth. Stir in milk and pumpkin until well combined. Pour mixture into a 9-inch glass pie dish and top with pecans.
