Indulgent gluten-free chocolate brownies for everyone!
Ingredients:
  • 430.00 gm caster sugar
  • 125.00 ml potato starch (potato flour)
  • 57.50 gm chopped walnuts
  • 65.00 gm Cocoa Powder
  • 230.00 gm rice bran oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 4.40 gm vanilla extract
  • Cocoa powder, to dust
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 195°C/175°C fan-forced. Grease a 20cm x 30cm (base) lamington pan that is 3cm deep and then line it with baking paper.
  • Combine sugar, flour, walnuts, cocoa powder, oil, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well and transfer to the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs clinging. Allow to cool in the pan before cutting into 12 pieces. Serve by dusting with cocoa.
