Try these irresistible gluten-free chocolate chip cookie mix layer bars for the perfect dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (19 oz) Betty Crocker™ Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
  • 1 cup white vanilla baking chips
  • 1 cup milk chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, mix together the cookie mix, butter, and egg until a soft dough forms (the dough will have a crumbly texture). Press the dough into the bottom of the pan using your fingers. Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Evenly coat the baked crust with a luscious drizzle of condensed milk. Sprinkle luxuriously with white chips, chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
  • Bake until golden brown, about 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool for 2 hours. Cut into 36 bars.
