Enjoy crispy mixed seed crackers with your preferred dip for a gluten-free treat.
Ingredients:
  • 125.00 ml sunflower seeds
  • 40.00 ml black chia seeds
  • 12.00 gm sesame seeds
  • 62.50 ml brown flaxseeds
  • 62.50 ml pepitas
  • 62.50 ml amaranth (see note)
  • 187.50 gm warm water
  • 2.40 gm sea salt
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, mix together seeds, pepitas, and amaranth. Pour in warm water and let it sit for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the water is absorbed. Add salt and season with pepper.
  • Preheat your oven to 160C/140C fan-forced and prepare a large baking tray with baking paper.
  • Place dollops of the mixture onto the prepared tray and spread it out to a thickness of 5mm. Bake for 1 hour or until the mixture turns golden and crispy. Allow it to cool on the tray before breaking it into 20 pieces and serving.
