Creamy cottage cheese with toasted pecans over mixed fresh fruit - a deliciously retro dessert!
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 container (6 oz) Yoplait® Light strawberries 'n bananas yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted if desired
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 6 cups cut-up fresh fruit (peaches, nectarines, pears, bananas, pineapple, raspberries, strawberries and/or blueberries)
Instructions:
  • Combine cottage cheese and yogurt in a medium bowl, then fold in the pecans.
  • Line 6 plates with lettuce, then top each with 1 cup of fruit. Spoon 1/2 cup of cottage cheese mixture over the fruit on each plate and serve right away.
