Wholesome gluten-free protein pancakes with cottage cheese, egg whites, and oats served with fresh berries for a nutritious and effortless breakfast.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup cottage cheese
  • 0.5 cup oats
  • 7 egg whites
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • 1 serving cooking spray
Instructions:
  • Combine cottage cheese, oats, egg whites, and vanilla extract in a blender and blend until creamy.
  • Prepare the griddle by greasing it lightly with cooking spray over medium heat. Spoon the batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form and edges are dry, about 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
