Impress all with these versatile and delightful treats for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 332.50 ml dry roasted mixed nuts, roughly chopped (such as hazelnuts, almonds, cashews and macadamias)
  • 82.50 ml gluten-free corn flakes
  • 80.63 gm sweetened condensed milk
  • 95.00 gm Dark Chocolate Melts, melted
  • 95.00 gm milk chocolate melts, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced and line 2 large baking trays with baking paper.
  • Combine nuts, corn flakes, and milk in a bowl, stirring well. Spoon tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture onto prepared trays, spacing them 5cm apart. Shape into 2cm-high mounds with your fingers. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden. Allow to cool on trays for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Arrange clusters on a baking paper-lined tray for easy cleanup. Fill a snaplock bag with dark chocolate, cut a small hole in one corner, and elegantly drizzle half of the clusters with dark chocolate. Repeat the process with milk chocolate for the remaining clusters. Serve and enjoy your delightful treats.
