Tangy pomegranate-cranberry sauce, a gluten-free sweet delight for any festive feast.
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup 100% pomegranate juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 bag (12 oz) fresh cranberries (3 cups)
Instructions:
  • Heat juices and sugars in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until the sugar is fully dissolved, creating a delicious base for your recipe.
  • Add the cranberries to the pot and stir occasionally for about 10 minutes, allowing them to burst. For a thicker sauce, continue cooking for a bit longer.
  • Transfer the mixture into a bowl and chill in the refrigerator for approximately 1 hour. The sauce will thicken as it cools. Serve when cold.
