Start your day right with a sugar-free, antioxidant-packed acai bowl made with the popular Brazilian purple fruit.
Ingredients:
  • 128.75 gm milk (see Note)
  • 33.00 gm traditional oats
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 62.50 ml frozen blueberries
  • 62.50 ml frozen raspberries
  • 20.00 ml white chia seeds
  • 1 tsp acai powder (see Note)
  • 100g mixed berries
  • 20.00 ml pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tsp freeze-dried pomegranate seeds
  • 20.00 ml chia seeds
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine milk, oats, banana, frozen berries, and acai powder until creamy. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
  • Transfer the mixture to a beautiful serving bowl and artfully garnish with fresh berries, crunchy pistachios, and a sprinkle of seeds.
