Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white cornmeal
  • 1 cup gluten-free baking flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 0.33333334326744 cup low-salt butter, melted
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously grease a 8x13-inch glass dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, sugar, and baking soda. Stir in milk, melted butter, and egg until the mixture is smooth. Transfer the batter into a glass dish.
