Irresistible crispy kale chips coated in a delicious blend of honey and Sriracha.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch (8 oz) fresh curly green kale, ribs removed, leaves torn into 1- to 2-inch pieces (6 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and position 2 oven racks in the middle. Grease 2 cookie sheets with cooking spray.
  • Clean and dry the kale completely. In a large bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Add the kale and toss with your hands until evenly coated with the oil mixture. Arrange the kale in a single layer on cookie sheets.
