Delicious pizza with goat cheese, pear, bacon, and pesto on a pre-baked crust.
Ingredients:
  • 5 slices bacon, or more to taste, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 0.5 Bosc pear, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons basil pesto
  • 1 12-inch pre-baked packaged pizza crust
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
  • 0.25 cup crumbled goat cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Fry bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, approximately 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain.
  • Evenly coat the pizza crust with a flavorful layer of pesto, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the pesto. Layer on the bacon and pear slices, then add dollops of crumbled goat cheese. Finish by topping with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, 9 to 10 minutes in a hot oven.
