Bake salmon with sweet & spicy gochujang pineapple glaze for a delicious meal in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces salmon fillets
  • 1 tablespoon gochujang (Korean hot pepper paste)
  • 2 tablespoons pineapple juice
  • 1 pinch black sesame seeds
  • 1 pinch white sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onions, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Combine gochujang and pineapple juice in a small bowl, creating a flavorful glaze. Brush the mixture over the salmon and transfer to a baking sheet.
  • Bake the salmon for around 20 minutes until it easily flakes with a fork.
  • Generously coat the salmon with a flavorful mix of sesame seeds and fresh green onion.
