Cheesy fish bites - a fun and delicious snack for little ones!
Ingredients:
  • 4 teaspoons butter or margarine
  • 4 1/2 cups Corn Chex™, Rice Chex™ or Wheat Chex™ cereal (or combination)
  • 1 cup tiny pretzel fish-shaped crackers
  • 1 cup bite-size cheese crackers
  • 1/2 package (1-oz size) ranch dressing and seasoning mix (1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Microwave butter in a medium microwavable bowl until melted, about 30 seconds on High. Add cereal and crackers, stir until coated. Mix in dressing mix and cheese until evenly coated.
  • Microwave on High for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through. Spread on waxed paper or foil and let cool for about 15 minutes before storing in an airtight container.
