Frozen s'mores reinvent the timeless campfire treat with a cool, refreshing update.
Ingredients:
  • 3 3/4 cups Golden Grahams™ cereal
  • 3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 container (28 oz) Häagen-Dazs™ vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups Golden Grahams™ cereal
  • 1 container (28 oz) Häagen-Dazs™ chocolate ice cream, softened
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
  • 1 cup Golden Grahams™ cereal
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate-flavor syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Place the cereal in a food processor and pulse until finely crushed. Combine the crushed cereal and brown sugar in a medium bowl using a fork. Stir in the melted butter until fully incorporated. Press the cereal mixture evenly into the bottom of the pan. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until set. Allow to cool for 30 minutes.
  • Spread a smooth layer of softened vanilla ice cream over the baked crust. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups of cereal on top and gently press them into the ice cream. Place in the freezer for 1 hour to set.
  • Take out the chocolate ice cream from the freezer and smoothly spread it over the cereal layer. Cover the dish and put it back in the freezer for around 3 hours or until it becomes firm.
  • Combine whipped topping and marshmallow creme in a medium bowl until smooth. Spread the mixture over the bars, sprinkle with 1 cup cereal, drizzle with chocolate syrup, cut into 5x4 rows, and store covered in the freezer.
