Chocolate and marshmallow dessert with a crispy Golden Grahams® cereal topping.
Ingredients:
  • 5 cups Golden Grahams™ cereal
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 36 large marshmallows
  • 12 thick pretzel rods
Instructions:
  • Put the cereal in a sealed plastic bag and crush it with a rolling pin, meat mallet, or food processor until coarse.
  • Microwave chocolate chips in a medium microwavable bowl on High for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring once, until smooth and softened. Transfer the melted chocolate into a 2-cup measuring cup.
  • Prepare a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper. Skewer 3 marshmallows onto each pretzel rod. Dip in chocolate until fully coated. Sprinkle with crushed cereal. Transfer to waxed paper and allow to set for approximately 1 hour.
