Try s'mores sliders: a fun twist on a classic treat, quick to make on the grill or in the oven. Perfect for sharing with loved ones.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12-ounce) package King’s Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1 1/3 cups (8 ounces) milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups (3 ounces) mini marshmallows
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter, optional
  • 1 full sheets graham crackers, crushed into fine crumbs, optional
  • Flaky sea salt, optional
Instructions:
  • Preheat the grill: Heat to low heat (300 to 325°F), adjusting if necessary. Clean grates if needed.
  • Slice the rolls in half horizontally using a serrated knife to create one big top slice and one big bottom slice. Lay them open on a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet.
  • Prepare the sliders by evenly layering the chocolate chips on the bun bottoms, using around two-thirds of the chocolate. Add the mini marshmallows on top, then sprinkle the remaining chocolate over them. Place the top halves of the buns next to each other on the foil, with the cut side facing up.
  • Grill the sliders: Transfer the sliders on aluminum foil to the grill. Close the lid and use remaining heat to melt chocolate, soften marshmallows, and toast bread, 4 to 10 minutes.
  • Take out from the grill: Gently slide the baking sheet underneath the foil. Place the top half of the buns on the bottom half, pressing gently. Optionally, brush the tops with melted butter, sprinkle graham cracker crumbs, and lightly salt.
  • Serve the slider s’mores in one big piece or use a knife to cut them apart and transfer to a serving platter. Enjoy while still warm and melty as they do not keep well. Best enjoyed within an hour. If you love the recipe, please leave us a review below!
