Impressive holiday corn pudding with a creamy texture, baked in just one hour.
Ingredients:
  • 5 large eggs
  • 0.33333334326744 cup butter, melted and slightly cooled
  • 0.25 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 (14.75 ounce) cans cream-style corn
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and generously grease a 2-quart casserole dish.
  • Lightly whisk eggs in a large bowl, then combine with milk, melted butter, sugar, and cornstarch. Blend well. Fold in drained corn and cream-style corn until fully mixed. Transfer mixture to the casserole dish.
  • Simply bake until golden brown in the preheated oven for about 1 hour.
