Easy pumpkin ice cream pie, grandma's style: simple ingredients in a crust, frozen for a delicious fall dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 0.5 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
Instructions:
  • Mix together pumpkin, brown sugar, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg in a bowl. Fold the mixture into the ice cream and transfer it into the prepared crust. Enjoy!
  • Chill in the freezer until solid, around 2 hours.
