Popular nutty pumpkin cake-pudding, a simple and comforting family treat.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 0.13 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 3.5 cups pumpkin puree
  • 1 (15.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.75 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup whipped heavy cream
Instructions:
  • - Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine milk, sugar, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, salt, and pumpkin in a large bowl, then transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Top the mixture with the cake mix and pecans, then generously drizzle melted butter over it.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour until the top is golden brown. Serve with a dollop of freshly whipped cream on top.
