Easy and delicious grape parfait, ideal for entertaining.
Ingredients:
  • 500g Thompson seedless grapes
  • 200g yoghurt
  • 100ml creme fraiche
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 1 lemon, rind grated
  • 8 pieces almond bread (Kez's Kitchen brand)
  • 16.00 gm brown sugar
Instructions:
  • Separate the grapes from the stems, give them a gentle wash, and lay them on a metal tray. Freeze for a minimum of 1 hour or until ready to use.
  • Mix together the yoghurt, creme fraiche, caster sugar, and lemon rind until well combined. Break the almond bread into large pieces.
  • Spoon half of the yoghurt mixture into four 1 cup (250ml) glasses. Add half of the frozen grapes and half of the almond bread. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve right away.
